Pricing
When your customer uses Tip Tip Hooray! they choose the amount of the gratuity. You can specify a suggested amount, and a minimum or maximum tip. For each transaction we charge a service fee for processing the transaction. The service fee ranges from 7-10% based on the payment method used and the amount of the tip. Standard credit card processing fees are included in these transaction fees. There is a minimum fee of $0.50 per transaction. There is a $20 monthly service fee if tipping for your account does not exceed $200 in a calendar month.

| When a customer disputes a charge, we work with the customers and their credit card processor or bank to resolve the situation. If the merchant processor rules in favor of the customer, funds may be debited from your account for the related transactions. |
